After completing my Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences ''Infection & Immunity'' at Erasmus MC, I started at PROCON Professionals as a Junior Project Control Professional. During my studies and research projects, I gained broad experience in analyzing complex data, structuring processes and monitoring progress within multidisciplinary teams. This analytical way of working fits perfectly with the field of project control.

It gives me energy to bring structure to large projects and to clarify where opportunities and bottlenecks lie. I enjoy the challenge of combining information from different sources, translating it clearly to the project team and thereby contributing to a predictable and successful project progress.

What characterizes me is my analytical view, my communicative power and my drive to make processes efficient and insightful. The opportunity to grow within PROCON, to develop myself further and to work on challenging projects with motivated professionals makes PROCON the ideal place for me to build my career.
