After completing my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, I started working as a training specialist in the technical sector, with a focus on heating and cooling systems. In this role I further developed my skills in critical analysis and planning. It was also where my interest in technology and the world of projects really started to grow.

From there I moved into the role of work planner for heating and cooling projects. In this position I gained broad experience in process optimization, resource planning and cost control. During this time I also completed a full time Master’s degree in Management of Innovation.

For me, project controls brings together the best of all worlds. Critically analysing processes, maintaining oversight and creating more efficient ways of working within complex projects.

At PROCON I have the opportunity to continuously develop myself in all aspects of project controls. With this development and my expertise, I look forward to making a real impact.
